A word of caution to those with any type of machinery. Having been a professional mechanic for almost 40 years I have seen many "things" damaged by not heeding either safety features, alarms, or lights. Unless a certified shop mechanic (not the internet) has given you the green light you should follow the manufacturers guidelines on equipment exhibiting signs of problems. Better to be safe than sorry
That said. With today's level of technology you can certainly expect more, and more, and even more, of these bells and whistles to be giving you headaches and wondering what to do. Good luck.
Little story: Johnny Jr. borrows mommy and daddy's car and the OIL light comes on but Johnny knows better so he keeps heading on down the highway until "boom" the engine won't go no more. New engine installed and now Johnny gets to ride his bike.
