Come on tomorrow. I need to get some fence posts planted. Sawmill order is placed for oak fence boards to be picked up Friday. Now to draw up some plans for another goat house...

Lapeer's Tractor Supply Company (TSC) is having its 4th annual P.A.W. event (pet appreciation week) September 20th 10am-4pm!

We are looking for the following to participate and join the fun with us...
* animal shelters
* animal rescues/adoption clinics
* 4-H / FFA / Scouts
* local groomers
* local breeders
* local trainers
* local kennels
ect...

We also want to invite all pet owners and animal lovers to join the event also! BRING YOUR PETS!!! We will have lots of give away's, watering station, pictures with your pets, petting zoo, and other fun activities for both owners and pets!

I really don't have any resources. At least not financial.

My resources are the community support that I have from people like you and every other person here on the forum.
Your cash donations have kept me out of jail so far. Your e-mails and phone calls have put the city officials on notice.

But best of all are the words of support. I can't thank you enough.
 
Mom pulled a bunch of weeks this morning out of her rock garden, and I dropped a good armful of them in the coop for them to go through. Sure hope they're hungry in the morning or the wet weeds attract all sorts of bugs when it stops raining here as I did kind of drop it all over the chicken ladder that I need to move in the morning to move the tractor.

I'm up to an egg count of 5 right now. 2 of them on the first day, and then just one each the past 3 days. Hoping they'll blow past 6 tomorrow. The other hens combs and wattles seem to be developing more.
