Thanks! Where would I register for showing? I just want to show a couple of my birds.

join a poultry organization in your area. Do you have APA registered breeds to show ? the Breed of chicken you have usually has clubs associated with the breed and they participate in shows around Michigan and in the Midwest. Right now, most of the shows have been cancelled due to Avian Influenza. Probably no shows until next year, but who knows? I am a member of Mid Michigan Poultry Fanciers and they have a spring show and a fall show every year.

I am on one of those facebook chicken pages and trying to sell a few laying hens (pullets 6 months old). They started laying about 3 weeks ago. My question is what price should I sell them for? This is my first go-around selling a chicken. I posted $15 each or $50 for all 5???
