I had a hen that hurt her leg and limped real bad took about 4 weeks to heal,This is the video I took while I was inside. I have another from when I was outside with him. I'll upload that next. He takes his first step around 30 seconds in
I have to agree, if he attacks again after healed, he needs to go, they don't seem to get better just meaner. In the fray of feeding time today my rooster felt it was an appropriate time to attack me and found himself getting kicked to get him off me. He caught his leg in the fence and is now limping. I'm super upset about the whole thing, and I am now concerned. I can't see/feel anything that appears broken, but of course I am not a vet and don't have x-ray as an option.
Any advice?
I don't make a habit of kicking my rooster, he just completely caught me off guard and ended up on the end of my boot![]()
I'm planning to get my garden started tomorrow. I still don't know what to plant beyond tomatoes and peppers!.I had a hen that hurt her leg and limped real bad took about 4 weeks to heal,
