been a really busy week, unexpected things popped up and we had to miss CS, sounds like you had a good time.

vent gleet, is usually a yeast infection (I think) in older hens, I have had success with povidibe iodine, it is messy and will stain cloths, squirt some on her vent after cleaning with warm epsom salts

Small turnout like last year but there were some birds! Maybe next year we'll get more people to come socialize, and sell some stuff...

Yes, surgery is today. I picked RaZ up at 4:45, we were at UM by 5:30, and he went back to pre-op around 6. Surgery began around 7, and he is expected to be back there until late afternoon.

Will definitely let you all know how he's doing as soon as he comes out.

Just spoke to RaZ's doctor. Surgery went very well, and he is now recovering in the ICU.
