All the mixes $5, the purebreds $10 each. For the Spitzes, $25/pr. All the pures are from quality lines but I don't know the breeds well enough to judge them against SOP. None are hatchery stock, all came from BYC breeders.

are you NPIP? Interested in EE boy or the Lavender Ameraucana boy-how old is he and do you have a photo of him?Making the decision on who goes to freezer camp...
I have several lovely surplus roosters that would be a nice addition to a flock and don't deserve freezer camp.
While many of the boys are Salmon Faverolle, Light Brahma, or Dark Cornish crosses (mostly with Ameraucana), I also have:
Roosters or pairs of Silver Spangled Appenzeller Spitzhauben - beautiful small large fowl that lay a white egg, are great foragers and very interactive.
Lavender Orpington roosters - beautiful carriage and feathers.
Lavender Ameraucana rooster - lovely even color throughout.
Sulmtaler rooster - very calm bird best suited for a small flock.
Blue Copper Marans rooster - lovely boy for a backyard flock.
Black Copper Marans rooster - lovely boys for a backyard flock.
Mixed breeds: many EE with pea comb. Remainder are large combed mixed parentage with lovely colors including red/gold, black/straw, white/black, tricolor, etc.
At least 25 will be sent to freezer camp next Friday unless they find new homes. Located in Macomb County adjacent to Rochester.
My ducks make a nest in straw and lay. No box, no nothing. Are they in with chickens? If not I'd just use your usual bedding in an open manner and they will lay. I get an egg a day from all ducks except they stop laying late fall until spring because I provide no lighting for them.Haven't been in for over a month! Kids' baseball just completely at up June and July. Our cornish are going to get butchered tomorrow; our usual processor had health issues and JUST got back up and running, and in the meanwhile I got on a list for butchering with someone else and tomorrow is the day. Will be SO happy to be done feeding them. I'm also happy to say that our mystery predator hasn't been back, and the 2 pullets i put in the "isolation" brooder in the basement are doing GREAT: one is even laying already!
My Khaki Campbells are 19 and 21 weeks old now, and we're not getting eggs yet. Hoping they start any day here. One rouen duck that is also 19 weeks. The Blue Swedish i got from TSC turned out to be a drake, so he's going to the butcher tomorrow as well. I will end up with a "breeding" trio of KCs and the Rouen for the duck coop. On that note, i have a question about "laying boxes" for ducks. I am working on getting the remaining chickens out of that coop, but those are also around 21wks old so I have put a 5gal bucket in there on its side. Will the ducks use that or do I need to build more of an open-top box for them? My chickens use these without issue, but i'm not sure if ducks will?
My one garden is a total loss this year thanks to the 8,723 rabbits running around the yard. The garden with *just* squash, canning tomatoes, and peppers is doing alright, but the rabbits are starting on the green tomatoes in that one, AND have eaten 1/3 of the pepper plants down to stalks. Looks like I will be investing in a whole bunch of metal fencing next year for the gardens. I'm planning on making a chicken wire perimeter inside the scrapped garden and putting in some fall crops. Anyone have suggestions for fall crops outside of beets/carrots/salad stuff?
