Michigan Thread - all are welcome!

A busy weekend for me and my number one chickie. Went up to GVSU to watch GVSU beat Ferris State 35-23 in football on Saturday. Then yesterday we took M-50 home to see a little of the fall color between Grand Rapids and home. Probably going to be a lot better next week. Stopped in at an apple orchard. Then we went over to the Appleumpkin Festival in Tecumseh and walked around there. Picked up some nice tin signs and I think one of them is going to end up going to Chickenstock next summer.

That sounds really fun! What kind of apples did you get?

I know most of you are much farther south than me, but if you or anyone you know is looking for Guinea or turkeys I have some.

5 Golden nargansett and 2 penciled Palm toms from Porters hatched July 15 and lavender, Pearl and pied Guinea Keets. I doubt I'll find homes for them this late in the year but that how it goes.

r man :( I wish I would have heard about Fowlfest before it happened. I'll have to remember for next year. I would have gladly drove north instead of south to pick up chicks that I now need to rehome. Theyre younger than I tbought and dont have the room or time to take care of such small babies.

If your still wanting to sell and in my area I might be interested Mary.
