My son was driving home from Auburn Hills to Okemos and had to drive through the areas of the two tornadoes. The wind was tearing at his wipers and he couldn't see where he was going. Was pretty intense. Said he saw the tornadoes and was just trying to beat them. Made it home safe.

Had a little blizzard here this morning...whiteout left a half inch behind..but now sunny

Glad your son made it home Chick... that rain was pretty intense.

Had a 24 hr bug Friday that knocked me right out... feeling better today, luckily, cause I had to come into work.

I lost a few chickens over winter, mostly to predation. I swear the fox must just sit and watch the house. I am fighting not getting a few chicks to fill the gaps...

Actually it was completely papered over with a good synthetic under-layment. Two separate winds storms tore a lot off. The other side is even worse. I need to get busy.
