They do need to cure before using in the run. I like to wait until I see worms in them.

I lost count (not really, lol) of how many baby goats I have this year.

I have a lot of splitting to do...ash, maple, cherry, oak, and some random sasafrass...all for maple syrup next feb/mar

So today I went full amish and made blueberry panacakes...my blueberries, duck eggs and I made buttermilk from goat milk of course my maple syrup. I'll never starve, ha ha.
