I'm in Dimondale, just outside of Lansing.
Back to the cool weather. Yesterday wasn't so bad, but no sun today. Enjoying seeing all the Orioles at the feeder. They are stunning! Also the grosbeaks showed up. Another stunning bird. So, lots of color with the cardinals and blue jays and goldfinches, and all the other birds. Love watching them.

Yes, the clouds are kinda depressing.
How soon we get spoiled by having few sunny days in a row!
Wind making the cooler temps downright chilly.

Got fresh feed at TSC, less than two weeks old!
Was glad to see that face masks are mandatory there now.
Last time they were not and staff was not observing 6' either.
So all stocked up on feed and bedding.

Crammed Crop Girl is not improving and doesn't want to eat her meds as readily at a couple days ago. Not going to syringe or tube her. I don't know what she gorged on, hope I don't find out by having to euthanize and necropsy.

Think I hear peeps coming from under broody!
I didn't lift her to check tho.
Today is Day20.
