Also got some new chick feed as well today. As I was filling up the feeder for my little ones today, I noticed a bit of mold in some of the feed.

Brand new bag was moldy?

What a beautiful weekend! Went for a wonderful walk in Woldumar Nature Center with my daughter and our dogs. It was so nice to just get out and be normal. Hope you all got to enjoy the weather. Today, a much different day. Cloudy, breezy and a lot cooler.

It was a beautiful weekend. The city-ots weren't too awful, but the CO made a few passes through the state land.

Did some work on the garage and managed to smash a finger in the process. I swear I've become accident prone in my old age. The wind took a branch and dropped it on the chicken run. Chickens have been free ranging since Saturday. I need to rebuild the whole darn run again. I'll take the opportunity to take down all of the fencing and use the tractor to rake the run and move a rock pile by the coop. Good thing I have the time to do it. Not working until Wednesday.

@PPPF Welcome Amanda, glad you joined us! We are near Lansing, so not too far from G.R.

Yesterday spent most of the afternoon out in the pole barn going through bins. Have save/donate/trash piles as a result It was wonderful outside yesterday!
