Doors open to the shelter in 15 minutes! There is a whole load of people standing outside in a line waiting to get their first pic at puppies and kittens.

I though the same thing about @RaZ 's story, in his past life in Garden City.
Let's say that living in that town wasn't garden friendly at all!

Well I just looked at the cherry tree. Some of the blossoms MIGHT have made it. I saw a lot that were brown mush. We'll see in a few days, I suppose.

I can't tell about the strawberries. Any flowers that were open appear to be goners. But not many were to that stage, so maybe there's hope.
