Anyone know where to read on some Michigan Will Laws?

My grandpa died recently, he appointed our Aunt to have the things done with it, but we have a hurdle to get over.

We, his grandkids were supposed to inherit 5% from his account, but my dad has the Will in the safe, & transferred all the money into his name. A selfish act.

A valid will should be filed with the state.....you probably need a lawyer.

I'll have to ask my mom if it were filed with the state, or not.

Had the feeling a lawyer maybe suggested.

Yeah, our Aunt is the Executor of the Will, our Grandpa chose her, but my dad has it, stashed it, & took everything out of Grandpa's account. It's a frustrating pickle.
