Cute babies Herducks.
Be careful. DH wiped out yesterday. He said it was only because he has ninja like reflexes that he was able to land flat on his back. Luckily I guess his ninja skills kept him from hitting his head but he did injure his shoulder.
I have a question for those of you who sell birds. I want to do this and have started my plans which begin with a health check of my chickens. I am still awaiting test results but thinking ahead anyway. The next thing is where do you sell your chicks? Or rather how do you find the people who want them? I think it may be a bit more difficult up here as we have less area, people and interest. I am a bit worried that I may end up with too many birds at the end of the season. I have lots to do before hand but how many I plan to hatch will determine how much work I have to do. My son and that adorable Mr. Pheasant have convinced me we need to hatch a few out just to have around. We'll see what else he talks me into this year.
