Sorry for the double post but I just watched the video and have to say...

That man reminds me of my old neighbors in Samaria.  All the anger I had for them just poured out at this guy.  Same deal.  At least his stupidity is out there for all to see now.  You using our tax dollars to raise chickens?  You weren't using our tax dollars until he decided to be a jerk.  It's on him, not you.

I know, he made my blood boil. I think we're obviously biased, but I do think its quite easy to see right through him and I think most people will. He's obviously a very miserable person.

Been sick. In Hospital since April 7. Multiple system failure following rotator cuff, shoulder joint replacement. Supposed to be on the mend now. Came home yesterday. My healing was nothing short of a miracle According to hospital staff. Good to be back. Not feeling so well though. Spent 11 days in ICU/CCU. 11 more in Phys. and Occ. Therapy of hosp. Wish me luck. Bob.

Yuck! Get better, please. Yes, it does seem like it's going around (so to speak). My neighbor's son was in the ICU for his polio. The doctors don't know how to treat it and he's not doing so well. They were out of town for three weeks to be with him in the hospital. I can see the weariness in them from it.

Wow, you don't hear much about polio any more. I know a man who had it as a child and he's told me stories that just make you want to give him a hug.

BOB, do take care!! so sorry to hear about your health issues, Glad you are back home, a much better place to heal

Spent all day in my flower garden. Got some color on me! Chickens were happy to get all the grubs I dug up. Gonna get my garden under control this summer.... I hope!

For some strange old man reason my body wakes every morning between 4 and 5 am. This morning I intend to go to Flatrock to fish the Huron river so just to be on the safe side I set my alarm clock for 4:30. I thought I'd better not risk depending just on my internal alarm. I wanted to make a lunch, fix a thermos, and drink some coffee before my friend arrives at 5:30. Does my internal clock cooperate? Nope, it decides that 3:30 would be a much better time.

x2 the neighbor is an idiot. Sad some people will hear RATS and MICE and SMELL and believe every thing he said. cause "Every one knows farm animals smell"
dogs don't smell, or bark loudly and cats and dogs don't come and spray your garden and house. Or leave presents in your yard. ignorance is bliss.

if memory serves me right, when my younger daughter was and infant, she is 40 now, polio was considered extinct in the US and vaccination was an option. I believe we opted to vaccinate but it was optional do they know were he picked it up, I have read there has been more cases due to all the immigration from countries that do not vaccinate

Raz - the neighbor knows his double talk. First you shouldn't be able to farm in town and then he wants you sent to a 'real' farm, so I guess your 'farm' wasn't real to him even though that's the complaint. Also obvious he knows nothing - chickens are wonderful mousers.

Raz, I can't believe how calm and congenial you seemed on the broadcast. Just a nice simple man with his pretty birds. Your neighbors are lucky they don't have me living there because I'd give them a piece of my mind and DH has a nasty temper. If there's one thing I can't stand it's people sticking their nose in my business. I'd just as soon punch it off that guys smug face.

Another pretty spring day. The plan is to work on my garden, mow the lawn, and then prepare lamb kabobs for dinner. Yummo
