Found these hidden in the taller foliage at the back of the rescue turkey's pen! She was sitting pretty hard on them. Since I have no boy turkeys, I removed them. I don't want her to waste her energy being broody right now - her feathers are still pretty crummy looking.

I bet someone on here would love her. I don't really have therapy birds since I work at our county mental health agency and work in a health center, but I do know that animals are VERY therapeutic. Also, remember those chickens I was convinced were roos? All of them are little hens!

This is what I used for lice and mites. I would dip the chickens in a "bath" with this and I would also spray down the coops with it.

I still am, but I liked the look of the ones that already had the caster on it at.... that store, okay I am having a brain freeze. I will blame it on the fact that my silly husband pulled both his hamstrings today trying to waterski for the first time, grrr. I don't think I have ever seen him in so much pain, as when he tried to bend his legs to get into the passenger seat. I ended up loading him up into the back of our minivan as stretched out as he could be, I feel so horrible for him.
