RAZ... just got my garden club news letter,,, it seems Garden City "known for the large gardens that hide behind the homes. Over the last couple years GCGC has started to think about curb appeal. This summer every home will be invited to participate in a "bringing back yards to front yards" community-wide contest which the club hopes will bring neighbors together ectl......didn't you get a citation last yr for having a garden in the front yard?

Sure did. It was just one of many that was used to for harassment. Oh the stories I could tell.

This year I have new garden tillers...

Lol, stinky?
Well, I just went out to the coop and found my first ever muscovy eggs, so spring has to be soon.

Not so much stinky (the cage has a tray below which is easy to clean) but noisy. When they sleep, they are quiet, but when they wake up, it's as if they are breaking hibernation in their quest for food and water.

Saw this guy slinking around on top of our hay pile out in the barn last night, so I sat up the live trap with marshmallows. He really regrets having a sweet tooth. That time of the year to checking the barn more often to make sure nobody is moving into the barn.
