I haven't been but this year might be different. A friend just bought a place up there and I'm looking there as well.

I got 6 raccoons last week... and the dog got a skunk. Still more out there, I am sure.

dog getting a skunk can not be good!! that is my biggest fear, that my dog will come in smelling like a skunk

Frustrated and disappointed so far. Saw a decent one yesterday but I think I'll wait until after the weekend to make an offer. I'm going up North to where a friend just bought. It would be nice to move to a place with a built-in friend.

One of the hardest things in life is buying a house......hang in there, when the right one comes along everything will click solidly into place!

Finding a house in this market is certainly a chore. It seems like everything is snatched up around here before you can even schedule a showing or attend an open house. Good luck Raz!
