Morning guys!
Glad to see ya'll are still here! Welcome to the noobs!
I read through the threads I was behind on but can't comment on all that I'd like too. So I'll just say I hope everyone who's having health problems get better and those who don't, I hope it stays that way!
My job has me so busy I had to start creating boundaries and follow a quitting time... there is just not enough time in a day to do all that needs done and it was eating up home time. The nice thing is that I can work from home or office (mostly home) as I see fit. Have to head to Florida in the next week or so (darn!) And I'm getting lots of travel points! lol!
The hens stopped laying for a bit, but with the light changes, I've been getting a few more eggs. I may have to stop with chickens and the sheep because of work travel. DH doesn't want to be bothered with their care when I have to be gone and he also has to travel for his job. Just getting harder to manage it all. We can at least drop the dogs off with a friend of ours and know they'll be cared for.
Angus has been growing up. He's a little hellion and gets into everything and a true, stubborn, bully.
Thanks for reserving the pavilion! I will try to come to CS 20, 2020!
On top of work and home work. We got the shop built and the upstairs space that is mine for an art studio is insulated, ele ran, and barn siding is up! And I have a heater up there that keeps it very comfortable! I have one wall left to seal and then the dry wall will go up on the ceiling. The only thing left to decide is if I want to do a wall to close off the entry or keep the current trap door. I like the trap door, but it's too heavy to lift and lower as it is now and it's not safe to stand on. So I am debating on a wall, but don't want to lose the window at the end. The other option is to put up the wall down stairs. Decisions, decisions!
Curtains will come back down, it was a test fit. My plan is to make it a cozy place to hang out with my friends and to have an isolated place to create stuff.
Well.. Y'all take care!
