Michigan Thread - all are welcome!

The charger did the trick. Tractor started right up. So I was able to bring in a face-cord of firewood. Going to need that fire tonight. It's supposed to go down tonight to 2-7 degrees with a wind-chill.
Glad you were able to do that. We heat exclusively with wood.

Touch of summer.

Sam made it out of surgery. He shared on FB that an x ray of a broken rib back in October showed a nodule in his right lung. Due to its early discovery, he only lost a 1/3 of his lung. Continued prayers for a speedy recovery. Today is his birthday. I posted on his post that the folks on BYC wish him a happy birthday and a speedy recovery.

I saw the forecast for your area, @aart. Are you in the 4-5" snow band or the 8"+ bullseye?

The deer are getting hungry around here. DH put out a bale of hay for them. Once they found it, it got eaten down to almost nothing in a day. They come right up to within a few feet of my front porch, to browse the fir trees. They also dig up the ivy and myrtle. It'll be a mess out there in the spring.
