I've seen a couple of people in here mention using shower curtains for winterizing.
Yup, I do. I get the ones that have metal grommets around the holes, if I can. I'm going to be putting them up in the next week or two. This will be their 4th winter of use.I just ordered two of these. It's breathable but also let's warmth in. I have not put it up yet, but it appears thicker than shower curtains and has grommets every 36". I figured it would be reusable for some years:That's very reassuring, thank you. I was going to buy a roll of sheathing, but that stuff is pricey.
I was thinking that beginning of November is likely a good time to clean out the coop & winterize. So am trying to finish collecting what I want to use.
Are there grommets on the bottom, too?I just ordered two of these. It's breathable but also let's warmth in. I have not put it up yet, but it appears thicker than shower curtains and has grommets every 36". I figured it would be reusable for some years:
