Yep, that would be the "crazy eye"! She looks like she really wants to be a momma, how cute :)
Unless you have some major issues, 8 mo is pretty young to be "done" laying! Idk about the others but EE's don't usually lay in the winter, that is the time their body rests. That's why EE's usually lay for more years, an hen is born with a set amount of eggs she can lay. The quicker they lay them, the quicker done! Also, if anyone is molting they won't lay or will lay very skimpily. That is because the protein that usually goes into making eggs is now going to making feathers! So light if you NEED eggs and they are not molting, otherwise supplement them a little to help them feather in nicely and do the wait-and-see.
I didn't know that part, ok, much appreciated I can deal with that.

As far as identifying who is laying, I have read on some of the threads that using either different color lipsticks or food coloring on/in the vents will leave a color on the eggs, sometimes good for a few days.

I haven't tried this, but I would suggest buying some cheap lipsticks or using up your old lipsticks rather than using your favorite color!

Eeeewww! :p. After seeing the Eggland's Best commercial I said I wish we could get our chickens to stamp their eggs like that. In the last two days 3 possibly 4 of mine started laying (finally!!! 26 wks) and I wish I knew who they are. I've been sneaking out there to catch them in the act.

Great news!!!!
I finally caught Bella mounting one of the steers, and acting like she is in heat! I checked her over, and texted my friend (Bella's former owner) to confirm if Bella is in heat. He texted me back saying that she sounds like that she is in heat and I should call the AI guy to breed her. So... I did, and he came over and confirmed that she is in heat, and AI her! If she settles and really got bred, she will be due in July! Woot!
The AI guy gave me the bull's name and serial number and I looked it up.

Hope you get a heifer. He's very pretty, I love the way they have him posed on a hill. How's he with butterfat & production?

Try a camera... I got a cheap-o security camera that my dad used to use to watch who came in the driveway so he wouldn't have to answer the door if he didn't want to. LOL. I been thinking of running it out there. LOL

Great idea!!! I could use my husband's motion activated one...except still shots wouldn't work. They're in & out of the boxes all day lately so I doubt I could tell who left the egg. Plus it's November so it's probably tied to a tree somewhere. Where do you find one like yours?
