I have a buff cochin that will NOT stop being broody!! I remove her a minimum of 5 x'x per day....she is always there when I check. I have another red comet broody doing the same thing so I gave her 6 barnyard mix eggs and they are due in around 8 days. Makes it hard when I have egg demand higher than what I'm getting and two quit laying!

On a side note everyone....yesterday my hubby got his cardio conversion and is now normal like the rest of us! (intentionally put...ha ha). He is back with a normal heart beat now! Prayers answered Thank you Lord!

ShellyB....had not heard that putting a broody in a wire cage stops the broodiness....so thank you for that info. I've got one and I will try it!
