Morning all!

This morning was definately cooler. Last night I nervously moved a couple dozen of the rabbits back outside into the barn. I only work until 11am today and have the weekend off so I plan on hovering over them for signs of heat issues.
Those darn silkie hens are sitting strong

Got home today and the girls are playing in the rain and two of the bantees huddled under a perching branch...soaked. SMH I guess I'll do indoor chores today.

Made pretty good progress so far. The deck in completely down and 20' of the wall has been replaced. At one point the house had sagged almost 2 inches and I braced all the floor joists and jacked the floor back to level. The new windows are ordered and are due in two weeks. It is so sad that $10 worth of flashing and maybe $50 worth of paint could have prevented all of this work.

Well, my BYC addiction will be down for a week because we will be going camping from tomorrow to next friday. Another cool thing is that my birthday is the 28th and one of my birthday gifts is a pair of seramas from Jerry. I didn't talk to him yet about it, but as my gift, my parents said it was ok to get a pair.

forgot to add, I am pretty sure I have a chicken with 'bumblefoot' I read and looked at the pictures on this site, I know I can not do this surgery on my own....has anyone here done it before???wanna come visit and help me out???
