Funny FYI for all of us who have been welcoming kitty928 as a new member. If you look back at page 1 of the MI thread, she was the third poster back in 2007! I don't think she's here any longer, or maybe just a lurker.

I have been getting between 10 - 11 eggs every day until yesterday when I only got 6. Hope they make up for it today. Started snowing last night, heavy and wet but is mostly melted this morning. Have a great day everyone!

NovaAman: I have read all the Stephanie Plum books. I am waiting for the 18th. My sister-in-laws sister, is letting me borrow it, since I am like 358 on the wait list at the library. I have no plans to see the movie. I don't like the casting at all. But, to each his own.

Yeah, that's her. Her and her mom use to be on BYC. Think her mom got mad at something on here and left us.

It's a nice ride out and easy to find... if you have a GPS! It's just down a dirt road a bit. Had a good time there, tho. A bunch of BYCers ordered chicks from a hatchery and met up there to pick them up. We all sat around for quite awhile talking chickens. So now she's got her own business going... that's great.

I'm still learning everybody. I really like him. I would take him if i could. I know there would be coop drama, but i'd do it for him. I have a pink egg laying EE that looks salmon, and i think he could give me more pink eggers! (since they have light "tinted" eggs???) My EE roo is likely carrying blue, so any egg layers i get from his crosses will be green.

Good morning all, New to this forum and chickens in general. Just getting started. Winter project is to build a coop and fence in a run. Will begin to populate with chicks in the spring. I have alot of questions abuot raising chikens and I am finding a lot of info on your site. Hope you don't mind me browsing around. I figure the more information I have the better off me and the chickens will be.
