OR----..text speech. Heck no i won't. I think that would be a real pain in the *****. I had to learn it in school and i still know it. Not cool.... Was soo much easier to type it all out the right way than to remember to leave out all the "un-necessary vowels". SO, no short hand for me.

I agree and it's not just the internet forums. You should see some of the papers written by kids in school. You are a college student, please learn how to spell "tho" and "thru". And learn the proper usage of there, their and they're.

Sorry for the rant. I'm a tad on edge trying to get software patches downloaded so I can run my homework programme without crashing.

Your rant was thoroughly enjoyed; I'm right there with you. My younger -- adult and plenty old enough to know better -- sister is a prime example. Some of her Facebook statuses make me want to beat her with a dictionary.
