Well, if you are going to do it may as well do it right... I keep telling my self that...
no, I am going to wear a t-shirt with my screen name and my real name on it.

Hee, hee. Here is what I'm picturing (but not doing anything to make happen). We should have Tshirts made that say Michigan ChickenStock, Delta Mills Park, June 23, 2012. There are web sites where you can just submit a design and people order individually (such as CafePess and Zazzle). I know at least on Zazzle sometimes there is the option of customizing stuff you order, don't know how that works, but at least potentially if you wanted to pay more you could add your BYC screen name or your real name (same thing if you are NovaAman ).

I would further propose that the picture on the shirt should be Mom2's little Bean, the baby pterodactyl (of course with Mom2's cooperation, nice how I can so easily offer her photo, eh? )

Come on, who's really nerdy enough to feel the need for a ChickenStock Tshirt?

I'm manly enough up admit that I'm nerdy enough to get a ChickenStock T-shirt. I had thought about it briefly a few weeks ago, I thought we could get shirts from the BYC store but couldn't figure how to get our names on them or the other logistics.

Anyone have an embroidery machine?

I don't know where it came from, there was one of those little pantry moths flying around here a minute ago. It flew into the brooder and was promptly targeted and consumed by one of the little Rocky or Rockettes. I hear "Eye of the Tiger" playing in my brain.

OK I've already got a T-shirt I planned on wearing but a Michigan Thread Tee sounds real cool & fun. I will look to see what's out there.....JUST LOOK......sorta do some leg work and let you guys know if I find anything reasonable.

Raz....the BYC shirt would be easy to get and the name embroidered is a good idea too.

Hi Kimmie,
Our vet told us it is a perfectly good bedding. I had corn cobs pieces in my coop because that was less dusty for my allergies but since that is hard for chicks to walk on I use pine bedding for the chicks.
I was told there is no danger in using pine shavings. Cedar has a toxic oil but pine is o.k.

Hmmm. all this talk of meeting and whatnot. I want to, and i'm apprehensive at the same time.... You all must know that my brainpower comes in fits, but usually my mouth outruns it! Also, being a nerd, i am actually quite shy with people i don't know well...... And at the slightest sighting of fuzz at all, i develop a one-track mind.....
