All this talk of bees. I've been working on the hubby for a few years now, just this past winter he finally conceded. Man it was hard work convincing him he wanted to be a bee keeper.

Yep, 'tis a fine line between too drafty, well ventilated, and not enough ventilation. Moisture in the hive means it can drip on the bee cluster and also refreeze.
Well that makes me feel better about putting them out this weekend. I hope they do ok. BF texted me earlier said my BSL kept acting like one of her legs wasn't working and she would fall over, then the same thing on the other leg. He said then she was getting pecked at and so he took her out, and she proceded to escape from him and he had to chase her around the living room. So apparently she is alright now? haha...He said she seemed fine after he took her out of the crate, not sure what that was about. Hope they stay ok.I'm about an hour and a half north of you. High 20s to low 40s, depending on the night. Ours roost at night, cuddled up one next to the other.
