[Daycare Mom]

Another crazy day here. My 1 yr old little cowgirl that I watch broke out into hives. I called her mom and she wasn't too concerned. I checked on them a while later and they had went from small red spots to black and blue marks. Plus she had a ton of new red ones! I called her mom again and she took her to the dr. She was having a reaction to her antibiotics. She is doing better now, but she gave me a heck of a scare! I guess I will just have a few more gray hairs!

XP I have a son like that let me tell you bring the parent of the kid who says the lovely things can turn you red fast. LOL
He explained to his grandma my step mom who is guing very gray how hair dye works I think that was an attempt of tact on his part

It's beautiful today here, too. Still a lot of snow out there though!

I spent the afternoon mucking out the coop (deep litter). Gosh did that stink! Now there is this HUGE pile of poo filled wet straw outside the coop door. I don't have any energy to move it any further!

Hi all!

I found babes story cute. the child is 4 and sibling 5. Now if it was an older child, then there is something wrong. Just my 2 cents

Still just 7 chicks. Patiently waiting. Tonight is day 21 so hoping for some late bloomers. I think collecting eggs for a week made a difference in the hatch dates.

Off to finish up the chicken noodle soup!

Home from AA, everything looked great! Maya did very good for her echo, laid right there and watched Backyardagains. He said as long as she continues to do this well, it could be several years before her next heart surgery. YEAH!! Originally we were told she would need it between 5 and 7 years old. He said now he thinks she will be at least 10! Thank goodness! We are cleared for another year!!

Hi Crystal! Looks like I'll be working on the Polish roo for a while.

I've gotten some contacts for purchasing eggs, but ouch those eggies are expensive!

Maybe I should put an all points bulletin out for just a roo.
