Hi everyone!
I agree with all of you on the little ones, thats one of the reasons I love to babysit. I have a little cowgirl on my lap helping me too. She came with brand new pink poop boots this morning! Now thats a great kiddo!
Sorry for the loss of Sweet Pea.

We got all of our asparagus planted last night, what a ton of digging! Hopefully it takes off, they say once it is going good it will last 25 years!

Have a great day everyone! Enjoy the nice weather!

I need to plant some asparagas in our garden too. I keep not wanting to wait for it to mature though. We put in a big berry garden this spring with red and black raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and three different kinds of grapes. It looks so pitiful right now with all the little twigs sticking out of the ground

Hopefully we will still be living here by the time everything grows out. I love the location, but with my expanding gardening and poultry projects, 2 acres isn't going to cut it much longer. Oh, and the neighbors have high voltage electric fencing around all their flower gardens - I could just imagine would would happen if I tried to free range chickens in our yard

Rose Sorry to hear about your girl.

I found Silvia, she was hiding in a tent shed he has.

Keep telling chuck i want the chicks in are yard,

I just going to have to talk to him, last year, he was helping a lot, and keeping up with everything, so i dont know what happened, he doesn't work.

Looks like we have another great day here in Linden. Hope your weather is also good.

Can I post it for you? It is so pretty. You should tell about it.

The story of the tree
I live in a very old farm house in grand rapids. The house was the farm hands house way back when. The cherry tree was part of the orchard. And it is hugh.

Good Afternoon Michiganders.

Rose - So sorry to hear of the loss. Our thoughts are with you.

You all have me wanting to start my garden soon, but I still don't think I can manage that rototiller yet. And I haven't decided what we are planting in there either. Mother's day is right around the corner so I must start on the project for DW.

Does anyone know if someone from this thread raises chihuahuas? I thought I remember reading it somewhere but don't remember if it was here or not. The reason I'm asking is Raigan got one yesterday. I've never owned a small dog before. We made a deal with her and she followed through, so that was her reward. Pics. to follow.

OK, here they are. We got a good deal on this little girl. She is full grown and about 4 pounds. My wife already had her waiting when I brought the kids home from daycare yesterday.

And Gavin had to show her to me also
