Looks like another nice day today!

I am keeping an eye out for the planter today, don't want any more chickens to get run over. They just love that freshly worked dirt. Silly girls.

We got a bunch of stuff planted in our garden last night too. The potatoes sound fun. I'm not sure we will have room this year. Do you use the same potatoes that you buy from the store? Or do you buy seed potatoes? I don't really know the difference.

Off to hang up the laundry!

good morning all!

Kentucky and Ohio are beautiful! the weather is fantastic here also!

Boyd...Elizabeth has another photo for you...from the Botanical house at the Cinci Zoo....

everyone enjoy this blessed day! we're off to take a Duck boat ride!

Miss Jayne, where at in KY are you visiting? KY is such a beautiful place. I lived there for four years. Billy and Becky were born in KY. Nothing is cuter then toddlers with a southern accent!

Rant - is it wrong to get angry that people who are so selective with their chicken and duck breeding don't put the same thought into their dogs?

I have three of the crazy little monkeys. They are my pride and joy (after my kids, but don't tell the kids - they think I love the pups more!). They are extremely smart little dogs and they love fur or feather babies. Mac is almost 5 and surprised us last night by helping to "herd" the chickens, ducks and goats last night. We are looking into herding classes for him and the boy.

Sorry to her about your little Lexie. It's amazing how attached you can get to the little monsters.
