is it required to be awake right now???

Glad to read that everyone is up and moving, I just checked all the birds and through out some scratch. The Seabright is still living so I will put some more antibiotic ointment on her after while. She sure looks bad, I think she will now be destined to look like a vulture.

Briana, sorry to read about your father in law. Many years ago I worked for UPS and I know vicious dogs were always a worry. Praying for his speedy recovery.

MJ, if I had the shovel it would have been loaded with..... well something.
By the way I love the hair!

Opa, glad that the seabright seems to be doing better.

Well off to an appointment at Michigan re hab to see if a job might be in my future.

she really does a nice job!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes and prayers for the FIL. Right now he is ok but the pain pills have a lot to do with it I think. He did have to get a couple shots. Tetnis and something else. Thank goodness the dog had his rabis shots. Outside time with the kids. A couple neighbors needed to bring their kids over for a couple hours. It's like crazy right now. Talk to you later.

Ugghh - 4 more days after today and we can bring the critters home from the fair. It's been a long week already, but a good one.

Billy and Sammy the Sammich took Reserve Grand Champion in the market wether class, Billy & Sammy took first place in showmanship, which means Billy got lucky and is eligible to show a cow, horse and a pig Friday night!!

Becky and her goat Snowy took Best in their class, she took Best Junior Doe and got a cool chair. She is on cloud nine. She picked Snowy out all by herself and the judge told everyone that if Becky and Snowy had been in California for the Nationals, she would have placed in the top 5!! She is tickled pink!

Her roosters didn't crow for the crowing contest, but started crowing right after. We told people they are city roosters and keep late night hours and like to sleep in. The roosters are starting to get a bit crabby - they actually attacked her yesterday when she went to feed them. Hubby had to help and they got him too.

Our ducks bombed. I am so mad at the hatchery right now. We ordered Indian Runner Ducks and what we got were mutts. She got DQ'ed. Oh well, at least they kicked butt with their goats.

PRAYER REQUEST:

Jeramey Slayden has taken a turn for the worse. Please pray that his sodium levels will rise, he is on the verge of going into a coma. Doctor's have not done the surgery on his arm yet. He is still in a neck brace and has a hemotoma on his brain. Pray for his family too. His dad also works for us.

This is the prayer request I did on Sunday evening, Jeramey was in a motorcycle accident.

Thank you,
Sarah

Great job on the goats kids!!!
Our roosters always shut up during the crowing contest...they crow before and after though!

Bummer deal about the ducks. One of the downfalls of dealing with hatcheries.

Praying for you FIL. Is anything being done about the dog? If I was your FIL, I wouldn't want to go and deliver mail at that house anymore.

Praying,
Sarah
