Good grief, MJ! Shingles too?! Well that's 3 strikes lets hope there's no more. No stress at all, huh?

Have you ever noticed the scar right between my eyes? Yep, it was shingles. It's not a fun thing to have to deal with, for sure!

My stress was losing my first grandson 20 days before he was due to be born. I really hope it never comes back! Don't think I'd wish that one on my worst enemy.

Enjoy your tea.

Hello all. I have been busy at work so not much time to post here. Just wanted to say that we got our first eggs from our comet chickens last Friday. They are on the small side though. I hope they will get bigger as time goes on. We ate our first "home grown" eggs on Sunday morning. It was very cool!

Now just waiting for the wellie hens to start laying.

Hope you are feeling better MJ. I have heard that shingles is very painful.

I sure wish my comets would start laying.

Sounds like lots of us are having some little issues here and there. Hugs and sunshine all around. Only good thoughts going out to everyone....( I know it sounds cheesy, but I love cheese)

:celebratePassed the audit with flying colors today. It took 5 1/2 hours when it should've only taken 3!! The new auditor talked and talked and talked about nothing. He was looking for anything that was wrong. I have such a great staff that he couldn't find a thing!!

just a quick note guys...Zephyrcreek called. the hospital sent her home and said she had the flu. she is not in agreement and going to another doc. she is still feeling awful. continue to hold her up and think of her.

over and out...i'm exhausted but wanted to let you all know about her condition. she just sounded so not like herself at all. i'm just gonna keep praying over her that the doctors have wisdom and discernment.

I will keep you both in my prayers tonight.

Vicki the little Seramas are so cute. We have one that has a red comb and wattles already. The other 2 nothing. So we are keeping fingers crossed 1 roo and 2 pullets. They are very sweet.
