Good Morning Everyone!!!
love.gif

It is so nice and warm outside. I hope to get outside and pick up a bunch of brush and stuff to make the yard a little nicer.
We lost one of our baby silkies, so we now have 3.

They look healthy and Momma is showing them how to eat and drink. Hopefully we will have some more pretty soon.
Vicki, the brown and black silkie you sold us is a rooster. Nice little guy and my hubby likes him, so he will be with us. We do have a buff silkie rooster to find another home for. We also have two Americana roosters to sell.
Right now we also have 4 dozen bantum eggs and a dozen americana eggs, nice green ones. Our chickens gave us 19 eggs yesterday!

They are doing great.
Thanks everyone for your thoughtful ness and prayers.

It is so nice to have friends and looking forward to seeing you all.
Our youngest son is 31. And we have 3 great grandchildren.

And actually I like it. I am not that old and run down that I can't enjoy playing with them all. I guess I am not the typical gramma cause I like hunting, fishing, picking up frogs and turtles, fussing with critters!

Our son Kevin plans to build us some mobile cages. He has it all figured out. Can't wait to see them.
Hopefully soon, I will figure out the picture thing and send you all pictures of our new little fuzz balls. Not too good with all the computer stuff yet.

Just got back from Tractor Supply and the other feed store- the only two I know of from here to Ohio. Neither one had an automatic turner in. I have to HAND TURN my eggs now and wow am I bummed out about that. I got very spoiled. *sigh*

Tractor Supply has signs up that say CHICK DAYS beginning in April. They have some cute little calico bunnies in now. There chick boxes (take out boxes, lol) have two dollar off feed coupons on them. I figure a few trips to buy chicks equal a free bag of food, yeah? There ya go- incentive.

I just looked in at my turken eggs. still nada.
I think my Silkie is going broody again- if so, I have eggs coming today and I will let her set them.

Whew - you chatty people. Trying to catch up and feel like I'm always behind. Internet privledges are being monitored at work, so not much time to chat here. I was just out for lunch and it sure is nice.

Mom 2 em all - Did you get your turken eggs shipped to you? I've tried hatching them twice, and some Seramas, both at different times, and they were all duds. Nothing developed, and they were all clear. I suspect it was from shipping them because I did nothing different with eggs from my flock and hatch rate was very good. Hmmm.
