Hi everyone! I've been down and out with the flu, but I've been checking in daily to keep up with everything.

For those interested in bantams, I hope to have several breeds available by fall. Next spring, however, is when I plan on focusing my stock towards the 4H kids for showing. Except for my BBS Orpingtons, all of my other bantam breeds are still very young...so this year will be spent on hatching my own and recording fertility/viability with these young breeders. My website will be updated as breeds become available.

Hope everyone is doing great, and no one gets that nasty bug that I've had for a week and still not over. Thank goodness for those doctors with the medicine!

I've GOT TO GET BETTER FAST! I'm going stir crazy from lying around so much. I've never been this sick before, and I've definitely never been out of commission for so long.

Congrats to everyone on their new chickies! MJ hatched out 9 lovely RIR chicks for me this week, and I absolutely can't wait to go see them.

Hi all.....we live in Shelby MI.(along Lake Michigan north of Grand Rapids) and I was wondering if anyone has any hatching eggs they would like to sell. I can come pick them up if they are within a reasonable distance.

I would like Easter Eggers, but I will entertain any offers.

Also, if anyone has laying hens they would like to sell, I am game for that too!!!!

We live over by Ionia and we have green eggs along with bantums and other large chickens. If you get over this way you can have some.

Tractor Supply in Ionia has baby chicks already. Our son brought home 3 little buff orphintons and 3 Brahmas . They settled right in with the little ones I had.

Oh you guys are killin' me with all the talk of baby chicks! I have 60 eggs in the bator! 8 are citalk but the rest are mine! I hope they hatch or I will have to go get a bunch to get my fix!

here are the little squirrels that are at Crystal's place....
