Yes, they are very hard to see, thats why I left them in, all the rest of the eggs are very easy to see veins and little babies dancing around!

Hello All!

So nice to sleep in my own bed again, even though I was just away for one night!

Still no sign of Emily's cochin bantam, Splash. Got more information on yesterday's happenings while we were gone. The puppy got let out with out being supervised. so of course he ran over to the chickens and tried playing with them. He got ahold of 2 chickens the BO large fowl, and Splash. My husband checked out the Buff Orpington and she was fine, she was the second one to get attacked. So I am going to look and see after the boys go down for their naps if Splash is somewhere in the hedgerow. I searched last night but hard to see in the dark.

Seems to me I cannot go anywhere, the rules are not followed when I am gone!!!! How hard is to tie the dog to his rope so he won't run to the chickens?!?!

Ok I am done venting....

Sarah, sorry to hear about the pup getting the chickens. I know how frustrating it can be raising children. Many times I wanted to strangle mine, but now that they are older than you, I sometimes miss being able to yell at them. Not often, but ocassionally.
