Cat...the wood is nice and thick. 1/2" on the sides, 3/4" on top and bottom. The Dollhouse Coops will be on our website soon! Yeah!

When the show first came out Marlin Perkins was the director of the St Louis zoo and the show was sponsored by Mutual of Omaha insurance. Seems like almost every show he was shooting some animal with a tranquilizer gun. Over the years it became easier for him to get pictures of wildlife as drug addicted animals would follow him and Jim around hollering "Shoot me, Marlin, shoot me".

We talked to some DNR officers after my husband and another guy he was riding with saw one cross the road while they were working. They knew this DNR officer and he admitted there are cougars in MI, they just don't make it publicly known because it "will cause a panic".

Evidently we are just to stupid and can't be trusted with that information. I guess they figure we will trap or shoot them and who knows, they are probably right, there are idiots out there that would.

Cindy do they light up and glow when you candle them?

Kind of, they look just like the eggs I candle straight out of the coop. No veins, no dark spot, I can see the air cell, but nothing else.

I would keep them in unless they glow

Don't worry, I am keeping them in there. I am hoping they surprise me and they all hatch!

Been busy playing with chicks this morning.

I just wanted to post a pic of my very 1st Silkie from my breeders...hatched a few days ago. Got more eggs due to hatch in another week. With the "birth" of this little guy, I'm really considering getting rid of some other bantam breeders I have and really concentrating on my Silkies.
