Dang..... I must be the thread killer again today

I got flogged yesterday by my Ameraucana roo...... boy was I mad! I was bent over trying to help along my little Cochin into the coop when something hit me in the face/head from the side..... at first I thought maybe someone was trying to get into the coop in a hurry.. then I saw it was that ROO! I snatched him up and gave him a what-for. I'm sure it'll be a while before he tries it again. Mostly he just caught me in the chin and caused it to swell up a bit. No biggy.... he's lucky he didn't damage my new glasses I had JUST picked up that day. He's starting to look real good in a big metal pot!

I hope he straightens up though! I really wanted to keep him.

Trying to get the humidity up right now. I added a bunch of water and it is very slowly coming up.

Angie try having 3 angry geese coming flying at you!!

Boy can they be cranky this time of the year!!

I went out to check on my new muscovy girls, thought the geese were busy with the scratch I threw down for them, then they decided I had been in their pasture long enough and came after me.

First the lone gander (he was supposed to be a she) and then the pair. Luckily, the older gander took after the younger gander, because when all three come after me, it is hard to fend them off!!

My Buff trio are not nearly as fiesty!! I think because I have the two ganders in there together, but it is a big pasture!!

I was reading a thread yesterday about someone's dog that was foaming at the mouth, shaking, etc but I can't find it now
