Cool! I dont' want to get attached to the roos. It's hard giving those little fuzzy butts up, but know they are going to a good home.

Good morning all. I see that we are up by 115 pages and over 120 posts. That was quite an effort on everyone's part to do so.

Of course I'm sure all of you were less than happy to see what awaits us this morning. I've been up since 4 and it seems that the snowfall is intensifying. There must be at least 6 inches on the ground now and this is supposed to last for quite awhile. Last night's forcast predicted that the Howell area would be the hardest hit. The line of glacial morains seems to be a pretty effective storm barrier for storms coming from the west. We often have substantially more snow than Brighton which lies on the other side of the morain. Lucky us.

Well the 5am weather forcast was just on and it looks like the worst of this storm is going to be north east of us. White Lake is getting more. Either way I don't think any of us are going to enjoy this.

Hope went to visit her grandchildren in Marquette yesterday and I was glad she got there before any snow came. She is terrified of driving across the bridge and has the bridge authority drive her across. Yesterday, however, was going to require at least a 2 hour wait so she elected to drive herself across. I suspect that I may have to investigate replacing her steering wheel. I sure she has squeezed it out of shape.

Good morning everyone. The snow out there is horrible! I attempted to drive in to work this morning. Live in Lapeer and drive to Pontiac. Forgeeeeet it! I got about a mile away, listening to the snow crash into the underbody of my little car and white knuckling the steering wheel before I said "no way". We must have at least 6" so far and it's still coming down heavy and crazy. It's slippery and very hard to see anything out there. If anyone HAS to go out this morning be verrrrryyyy careful. It's scary out there!

I feel bad for the kids who are on "Spring Break" this week. Ha! More like winter break

Of course, there is my son who will just LOVE this snow. Maybe his daddy can get out the snowmobile since he's homebound today too!

Me, I think I'll stay in and bake today:D

Horrible outside!! Wish I could have stayed in bed

. Alot of water under that snow. More likely to hydroplane than slide on black ice!! Guess when you are in a ditch it dos'nt matter how you got there

Definitely warn Rick. As far as I could tell they haven't touched any of the roads yet and it is still snowing like maaaaaad. Since I turned around and came back home I managed to get myself stuck in driveway, wellllll half in the driveway and half in the lawn! Gotta love Michigan
