The one in Monroe...be careful and be strong- they have a stock tank FULL of golden comet pullets and a straight run stock tank of RIRs....and *whew* one with ducklings and other various chicks that says "SOLD" on it.

Did I mention I bought TWELVE? Twelve and I wasnt buying any. Remember me saying I was done? I really meant that.
So, had I gone in with intentions that I wanted a chick or two well, I would have bought 24.
yep. They make you buy at least six to keep it agricultural and not for easter baskets. "OH NO PROBLEM", I tell the woman.

Now, I am going to tell my husband they hatched out. Cuz we all know he would not understand that I have eggs in incubator, chicks in the kitchen, and I BOUGHT chicks. nobody but someone with the same illness as me would understand that.

Notice to everyone. I am a very shy and sensitive person and my feelings get hurt quite easily. Please exercise tact and sensitivity when responding to my posts . I've taken off my hat so Miss-Jayne will not be caught unaware by my appearance when I show up at here door.

Hey, fellow Michiganders! I apologize for not popping in this thread to let y'all know where I stand on the meet/greet/potluck/swap. I'm close to having a location, and will know for sure tonight (hopefully...it sort of depends on DH, who is upset with me right now....hoping he'll follow through and go to the meeting I scheduled tonight!!)

It's still tentatively scheduled for 7/11, unless anyone has objections or wants to suggest another date. If so, please PM me! I'll let you know tomorrow how our meeting goes tonight!
