DH took last night off from work so he could take me to my neurologist appointment today, I spent the night tossing and turning worrying about what the doctor might find and also worried that he would not find an answer to my vision troubles. I get up this morning and there was a message on my answering machine that the doctor had an emergency and needed to reschedule my appointment. I have to wait another two weeks.

If I got a referral I would probably have to wait to get in to see a different doctor. Apparantly there is a long waiting list to get in to see this doctor. My appointment for today was set up a month ago. The vision issue has been going on for a year so I guess I can wait another two weeks. I just have to make myself relax and not worry so much. What will be, will be.

I am usually a very patient person but like I said this has been going on for a year. My family doctor did see something on my MRI, I didn't really understand it, so now I wait to see the neurologist. My sister so kindly offered to read my MRI and diagnose it. I told her that I am not even going to open the envelope to the CD. I will wait for the professional to do it, thank you very much. My sister has no medical degree.

If I look at the MrI then I will just get more worked up.
