Got a quick easy dish for all of you to try. Cheese pudding. Two 6 ounces packages of seasoned bread croutons, approximately 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 4 eggs, 3 cups of milk, 1 stick of butter. Spray 9x13 pyrex baking dish and fill with alternating layers of croutons then cheese until filled. Beat 4 eggs and blend with milk, pour over croutons and cheese. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered at 325 for 50 minutes or til golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Good eats.
