Um yeah...I came home with FIVE additional chickens only meaning to come home with 2 MAX. I asked my DH today if he though we had too many chickens....he told me no.

At 18 girls...basically I can't get any more unless I sell some at this point.

No crowing yet from the chantys? I am crossing my crossables that they are girls since they stayed quiet for so long with me!

She fell over and started flopping and I'm not kidding you for a very long few seconds I actually thought "OMG! DID I JUST KILL A CHICKEN WITH A STICK?!" I didn't. She's still alive and still tries to get in the garden every day, but holy moly. I don't throw sticks anymore.

I laughed so hard at that story it literally brought me to tears
