Well when I get eggs like that I just pick out the vessels, but I have a pretty strong stomach, I can eat just about anything including deep fried grasshoppers and chocolate covered ants, fresh sushi still flipping around on the plate, frog legs, organ meats, DANGIT no im hungry....lol
Seriously as long as you get them in the frig fast they should be fine.

Thanks to all who answered my question about keeping the litter clean. I probably will do the deep litter method in the winter, but I didn't like all the build up in the warm weather. It just looks so poopy! Also had millions of flies and there was an odor. I need to get some DE and Sweet PDZ, but money is too short right now. I guess the answer is that everyone kind of does their own thing! Thanks everyone!

lol no, you wont. caveat... put them in the fridge in summer, some people who leave eggs on the counter can trigger early incubation but that's due to being left out in the heat. pick them up daily, and pop them in the fridge, and no fuss.

Seriously, one of them is an EE and the other is a French Black Copper Marans. They are totally non aggressive to me, my cats and my dogs. I just have too many roosters for the amount of hens I have. I hate disagreeing with something that someone has posted, but it is entirely unnecessary to refrigerate eggs in Michigan. Perhaps in the desert areas of the west or in areas of the country that the temperatures stays at 100 or above a fertilized egg could there possibly be a problem. The internal temperature of the egg must stay near constant 100 degrees before incubation will begin. You will find that an unrefrigerated egg will taste better and many recipes call for bringing eggs to room temperature before using.

I use the deep litter method, no smell, no flys, you have to have a deep bed and turn it regularly, also helps to throw a handfull of scratch in every once in a while and the hens will turn the bedding too

I know you don't have to refrigerate eggs opa, but somehow I can't get over the idea that I should so in they go - feelings versus reality and reality the looser I guess
