I think the scope is strong enough, like I said it was fairly expensive and of good quality. For now I'm just going to find a vet to do the test. My vet doesn't work with chickens but referred me to a vet-buddy of his in the same area that he thinks will/does. He also told me if the vet doesn't to look for a vet the specializes in large animals/livestock. If all else fails I can always ask my DD's horse trainer about her vet. The only problem about that is I never know when she's coming to the barn. I will look into it on line and educate my self for it can't be that hard as long you know exactly what you're looking for.
