I am literall 10 minutes from FLint (I guess it depends on where) I live like 1.5 miles from Rose (Chickflick)

Okay, cute chicken story. So we're getting done eating, and Rose grabs my plate & dumps my leftovers on HER plate. Waitress comes back and takes her plate and Rose grabs her arm and says, "NO! I need a 'to-go' box - these are chicken leftovers!" the waitress paused and said, "I can't say I've heard THAT one before!" HA!

KrisRose, that is too funny! I do that at home. The kids will go throw something out, or at my mom's house, and I will yell "Hey! The chickens will eat that!"

People at work roll their eyes at me, but I'm getting them trained now to not throw leftovers away, even here at work! A wilted salad? Chickens will love it! A banana that is a bit overly brown? Don't throw that out, my chickens will love it! sandwich that was left in the fridge overnight & is now soggy? Don't throw that out, my chickens will love it! I'm a broken record!

All 4 big girls did their job today and presented me with an egg each. Two in the morning and then 2 more in the afternoon. But one of the BO's thinks it Easter time and I had to hunt for the egg. Found it in a new "nest" way back under the workbench.

So I'm on my hands and knees reaching way back and Broil jumps up on my back.
I think I've been chicken groped!
