Not me. Just sitting here watching Leno with the DH. He wants to stay up for Craig Ferguson since he doesn't have to be up early tomorrow morning (a rarity) but I'm not sure either of us will make it. LOL!

My husband works at a bottling company and I have to say that Sanders Chocolate Ale is super delicious. I loved when he brought home all those low fills...

Porco Rosso- YES. If I get a pet that I can use this name on it shall be done. :D I haven't read much Manga because some of the stuff that piqued my interest at the bookstore scared me away for a bit (Don't let your kids/teens read or watch an anime or Manga called The Vampire Bund. I couldn't make it through the first episode because I was appalled and THAT is hard to do.) We tried to watch Baccano! but it didn't catch me because the narrators are obnoxious. My husband enjoys Trinity Blood and I remember watching Sailor Moon and Robotech when they first hit American television. Queen Esmeralda and Galaxy Express 999 were great despite the style of animation. I've got a bootleg copy of Fuushigi Yugi but the one won't play. I've got a ton of shows I've seen and loved but most that hit the TV these days are awful.

I used to drink real beer, but now I can't afford it.

I like some of the series that hit american TV - Trigun, FLCL, ....Inuyasha...

that one may have taken a particular frame of mind to find so amusing, all I can say is... hammer pants. It was better without the censors. Anyway, Cowboy Beebop, Fullmetal Alchemist, Ghost in the Shell, Neon Genesis Evangelion (They are working on redoing it now, saw the first episode redone, it was very very cool and I look forward to the rest,) Witch Hunter Robin, Wolf's Rain, I like all of those, but I put my favourites in red.

Outside of that, I would really really recommend Kino's Travels (or sometimes Kino's Journeys), Last Exile, Great Teacher Onizuka (or GTO,) any / every Miyazaki film, Rurouni Kenshin, Hellsing, Akira, Gantz, if you have the stomach for it, Advent Children (FF VII,) Ninja Scroll. I am sure I am forgetting a number, but those are my favourites.

Juise, I figured you'd be bout 24-28. You don't strike me as the type to have had a kid any earlier than 20.... And, you're to dang intelligent to be younger than 24...

My younger self resents that!

Not me, lol, and it's even the holidays /sigh

...I'm 27

And I think I am going to call it quits on that cursed floor for tonight, before I open my own veins with this razor I have been scraping the glue up with. My hands hurt. And also now I really want to watch an anime. Also, also, almost none of those animes I listed would I watch with your kids. Many Miyazakis I would recommend, but not most of those.

I do have to work in the morning for a couple hours, but I still wanted to watch a movie so I'm still up. I think 40-yr-old virgin is quite possibly the funniest movie ive ever seen. Each time I watch I still laugh my *** off. I guess I have a raunchy sense of humor, hehe.

We lost Gomer late this afternoon to a raccoon.

I wasn't home, but DH and my son were. They both heard the ruckus and ran out there, but it was too late. DH managed to hit the raccoon with a long metal pipe and scared it off. He is kicking himself in the butt because he didn't get out there faster, but I don't know if it would've made a difference. Gomer was such a good little roo and we are definitely going to miss him around here. Especially since his fight with the raccoon was in defense of our little silver sebright hen. She was very frightened, but is okay and he saved her. Such a good little boy.
