ANYWAY! Here is that seriously funky cockerel that I has said I was going to get pics of... Its a Roger/Buffy mix...




He is super soft, super fluffy, and super funky looking. That cream color is laced through his whole body. His crow comes out as a hoooo-da-looooo. LOL. I am keeping him because he makes Moms Uggos look good...

Ladyfeather I went to Specialy Growers on Golf Club. Karen Bovio grows the best perennials around. IMO

Juise Just how many yards of wood chips did you get? Between my truck and trailer I can haul about 3 yards at a time.

Karen Bovio is a familiar name, I probably hear my mom talk about her all the time.

I have no idea, I tried to get a visual on how much 1 yard, etc. of wood chips looks like, but I couldn't find anything. So... we'll go with, a-really-really-big-commercial-dump-truck-that-barely-fit-in-my-drive-way-with-a-giant-hydraulic-lift load. How does that work for you?

I keep coming in for a beer and I check the forum when I do.
I need someone to motivate me to plant these 50+ plants I've picked up. And I still have a yard of topsoil to move, level the front block border and plant those cedars...

Oi, starting to get wobbly, not sure if it is too much hours of hard work, too much hours of standing in the hot sun, too little water, or too much nice-refreshing-all-the-water-and-calories-I-need-for-this-kind-of-thing beers. (Probably a combination of all of the above...) I'm going to go smoke things and then get back to it. But when you almost put your pitchfork through your own foot, it is definitely time to take a break for a bit.
