If you are going for chocolate frosting... I would make cool whip and oreo frosting. I mash up the oreos or put them in my processor and mix coolwhip til it is "fluffy" and spreadable. MMmmmmm!!!

Hmmm. does sound yummy. I was worried that the super rich chocolate would need a little something to lighten it, since there won't be milk around, lol. I was eying the thank you brand canned pudding, that stuff is so rich but has more flavor than the pudding cups.If you can adjust the butterscotch and can make it a bit saltier (more like salted caramel) then that might balance out both the sweetness and the richness.
