Glad she is still alive and returned home. A coon would have tore her up completely. A opposum , I'm not sure about. Whatever it was obviously pulled her off by her wing. I'm thinking dog or even a fox. She sure put up a hard fight though. Poor thing.

Oops that was suppose to go to Raz. Stupid iPhone.

With the exception of 2 coolers everything is loaded for tomorrow. One of Hope's granddaughters is coming with us so now I've got 3 women I've got to get going early. I intend to be at the park by 9.

The most common word in my speaking vocabulary lately seems to be the word ...........HUH? So tomorrow if you say something and it seems that I am ignoring you please accept my apology in advance. Unless I am looking at someone I oft times don't hear them. So smack me upside the head if you have to to get my attention as I want to visit with everyone.

Well,

your choices are lemonade, pink lemonade, orange crush, pepsi, diet pepsi and water for tomorrow.
And I thought the walmart people were going to kill me. Literally- i hate shopping there.
There was an older woman in a scooter who was letting her assumed grand-daughter push her as fast as she could down the aisle...almost took me OUT!

Olive-
I am going to take a screen-shot of that page...proof that you were NICE~!!!! That way, when you are old and senile, and trying to run people over in Walmart, I can say to you...Once upon a time, You were a NICE lady....and then show you the proof... Thank you, too!

Randy- dog or coon...she just managed to get away. Poor thing. It will be back, you know. I had a coon take all my handicapped ducks one by one. I was done with ducks when I found a foot. And nothing else.

I have NO idea how I am going to fit chickens, chicks, coolers AND kids in this truck! Randy! I have to blame someone- lets blame you! WHY did you let my husband buy such a girly truck????

All right... Here is one for you... I let the chickens out this morning... All chickens accounted for. I make sure they are all there at night before I close up too. Anyway, at some point in time today, something got one of my middle aged chicks... I have 3 different week groups... Well anyway, one of Skatters, her only blackie, Jace found its wing and thought it was so cool... he didn't realise it was a chickens wing. I checked it out, and was like, its pretty freshly torn off... SO, I asked him where he found it, he showed me, and I found feathers and the chicks feet. No body, no head... just one wing and feet. AND what ever ate him ate him very very close to the chickens normal day time hang out. AND non of the chickens were freaked out at all! I am thinking a stray cat because cats are about the only things that my chickens do not run from. AND the alarm never sounded today either. I told my neighbor, and he said that he's seen a new stray hanging around lately... Joy. I love cats normally, but not when they kill my chicks in the day light. Well, I guess thats one less cockerel. AT LEAST it picked the right one to take out.

Setting the trap again tonight. Baited it with the chick feet and more turkey. Hope to get me a coon... Or the stray cat. The cat will go to animal control.... so will the coon in a round about way.
